(TheSpread) – The Top 25 College Basketball schedule for Saturday has a full slate of games taking place. Here is a breakdown of tonight’s action.
The featured game of the day has No. 4 Duke playing host to No. 14 North Carolina at 9PM ET. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Duke is the favorite at home, as the Blue Devils have odds of -7 points against the Tar Heels. UNC has won 12 straight coming into this game but has failed to cover in three straight. Duke is coming off a loss and is just 2-2 in its last four while going 0-3-1 ATS in its last four. Oddsmakers have the Gators as an 8.5-point favorite at home against the Wildcats today. Kentucky is just 3-3 in its last six and has failed to cover in four straight. Along with its 17-0 SEC record, Florida has covered in its last two. Florida won 69-59 in its last meeting with Kentucky and has covered in three of its last four against the Wildcats.
Another key game today has No. 9 Louisville hosting No. 19 Connecticut at 2PM ET. Oddsmakers have the Cardinals favored by 9 points at home. The Huskies have won three straight entering this game but are just 2-4 ATS in their last six. Louisville has won eight of its last nine but is just 1-3 ATS in its last four. Louisville has won and covered in seven of its last eight against Connecticut.
