College Basketball Betting Trends
Texas Tech
The Red Raiders are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games as an underdog. Texas Tech is 5-2 ATS in its last seven games overall.
Baylor
The Bears are 12-5 ATS in their last 17 games overall. The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
Prediction:
This spread feels like it should be a bit wider to me. The home team has done well in this series the last few years and with both teams being on short rest, I’d rather side with the home team that had a 23-game winning streak at one point and has been in fine form at most points of the season. Baylor downed Texas Tech 57-52 on January 7 and considering it has won 10 home games by more than what this spread suggests, I’ll be comfortable taking the hosts night.
