According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cyclones are 4.5-point road favorites versus the Cowboys after opening as 5-point faves. As for the total, the number opened at 147 and that’s where it currently sits.
Why Bet Oklahoma State…
Because Iowa State senior forward Jameel McKay is playing through tendinitis in his left knee and he’s struggled for the 13th-ranked Cyclones. He’s average 12.4 points but he’s failed to score more than nine points in each of his past six games. He was also suspended indefinitely on Saturday for a violation of teams rules and didn’t make the trip to Stillwater.
Iowa State has dropped two straight games and Oklahoma State has lost three of its last four games. But the Cowboys are also warming up at the betting window, going 5-1-1 against the number in their last seven games overall and are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six conference games.
We like Oklahoma State to cover the 4.5 points.
