 BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) -Brandon McThay scored 25 points and Kenny Dawkins added 21 to help lead Lamar to a 101-67 victory over St. Gregory's Monday night.
McThay got 18 off 3-pointers for Lamar (9-3). Anthony Miles scored 16, Ashton Hall added 15 and Jay Brown had a double- double, scoring 11 points with 12 rebounds. Dawkins had nine assists.
Josh Coulter led St. Gregory's (0-8) with 18 points. Jade Carter scored 11 points with nine rebounds and Corey Standereer had 10 points.
Lamar led 53-27 at the half.
