Reese and Uzoh led a 14-2 run that widened a 26-24 advantage to 40-26 at the break. Uzoh hit a 3-pointer to make it 32-24 and then closed the half with a corner jumper to give Tulsa control.
LaMarr Drake and Justin Reynolds had 13 points each for the Islanders (1-3), who shot 32 percent for the game and never threatened in the second half.
