NEW YORK (AP) -Llew Radford scored 26 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to help Wagner beat St. Peter's 59-44 on Wednesday night.
Leading 26-24, Wagner (2-0) closed the half on a 9-2 run capped by Justin Drummond's 3-pointer right before the half.
St. Peter's could only get as close as 44-37 in the second half on a 3-pointer by Wesley Jenkins at 11:23. He finished with 20 points to lead the Peacocks (0-2).
