Balanced effort leads Charleston Southern past Virginia-Wise Print

 CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -Chris Moore scored 18 points while Shelton Carter added 16 Saturday to lead Charleston Southern past Virginia-Wise 90-60.
Giedrius Knysas had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Charleston Southern (2-1), which shot 55 percent and took a 46-28 rebounding advantage.
Jarred Soles scored 16 points and was the only player in double figures for Virginia-Wise (3-4), who shot 38 percent and committed 19 turnovers.
Charleston Southern led the entire way, jumping to a double-digit lead in the first five minutes and leading by as many as 40 after the break. Six players scored in double figures, with reserve Omar Carter scoring 13, Jamarco Warren adding 11 and Quinton Goods scoring 10.
