TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -Chase Budinger scored 17 points to help No. 17 Arizona beat Concordia 68-50 in an exhibition game on Sunday. The Wildcats played without head coach Lute Olson, who is taking a leave of absence for personal reasons. Jawann McClellan added 13 and Jordan Hill had 12 for Arizona, which will be coached by assistant Kevin O'Neill in Olson's absence. Leading 58-50, the Wildcats scored the final 10 points of the game, including six by Budinger. Concordia had cut the deficit to eight on a pair of free throws by Dwayne Buckley, who scored 16 of his 22 points in the second half. |
