Who’s gone: C Ryan Rosburg, G Namon Wright
Who’s back: F Kevin Puryear. Sophomore forward is the top returning scorer and rebounder with 11.5 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. G Terrence Phillips. Sophomore guard led the team in assists and steals last season, averaging 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals.
Who’s new: F Mitchell Smith. Freshman forward stands 6-foot-10, giving the Tigers some much needed size.
The skinny: Missouri faces a postseason ban for the second consecutive season due to self-imposed sanctions in the wake of NCAA violations that occurred under previous coach Frank Haith. For the second consecutive year, the Tigers are picked to finish last in the SEC.
