Just consider Oklahoma State, which had players depart for Miami of Florida and Louisiana-Lafayette while welcoming in high-scoring guard Anthony Hickey from LSU. Cowboys coach Travis Ford says it’s simply how programs are building teams these days, an important piece to an increasingly complex puzzle.
