SAN DIEGO (AP) - Tickets for the Battle on the Midway basketball game between Syracuse and San Diego State on Nov. 9 go on sale Wednesday, and they won't be cheap.
Tickets start at $150 with a limited number of seats available for $500.
Capacity for the game, to be played on the flight deck of the decommissioned USS Midway, will be about 5,000. San Diego State spokesman Mike May said a ``healthy'' number will be available to the public but didn't know an exact number because both schools have held pre-sales for season-ticket holders.
Sideline seats are being sold for as much as $1,000, and baseline seats for $500.
San Diego State coach Steve Fisher says his team will probably practice outdoors a few times to get ready for the game.
