GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - The basketball coach at Minnesota-Crookston was found on the sidewalk outside a bar with serious head injuries, and police are investigating. Jeff Oseth was listed in satisfactory condition at Altru Hospital, a nursing supervisor said Wednesday. ``We will be attempting to speak with Mr. Oseth as the time comes,'' Police Lt. Rahn Farder said. Oseth was found outside Gilly's Bar and Grill downtown about 2 a.m. Monday, police said. Farder said the preliminary police report showed a ``minor disturbance'' between Oseth and a bar employee. Oseth had been asked to leave the bar before he was hurt, Farder said. The investigation could take several days. ``We're basically beginning the process of contacting anyone who might have been involved or saw what happened,'' Farder said. ``That's going to take some time to get those people in.'' |
