TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -Sophomore guard Zane Johnson has decided to transfer from Arizona.
The 6-foot-5 Johnson played in 33 games for the Wildcats last season, averaging 4.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 19.1 minutes. He started 13 games.
Johnson has not decided what school he will attend, the university said Wednesday in a news release.
``We wish Zane only the best of luck,'' new Arizona coach Sean Miller said. ``He felt that opportunities would be better for him elsewhere.''
