STORRS, Conn. (AP) -Hasheem Thabeet, Connecticut's 7-foot-3 center, says he will return to school for his junior season.
Thabeet, this season's Big East defensive player of the year, had considered making himself eligible for the NBA draft.
Thabeet averaged more than 10 points and almost eight rebounds a game as a sophomore, and ranked third in the nation with 147 blocked shots.
