INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -The University of Indianapolis hired Stan Gouard as its new basketball coach.
Gouard was an assistant with the Greyhounds from 2002-05, then spent the past three seasons as an assistant at Indiana State. He replaces Royce Waltman, who became the school's interim coach last season after Todd Sturgeon's resignation Oct. 1. Last season, the Sycamores finished 14-13.
