KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl issued a statement Tuesday to address speculation he might consider another coaching job, saying the only school he's interested in talking about is Tennessee.
Pearl, who led the Volunteers to a 31-5 record this season and the NCAA tournament regional semifinals, said he looks forward to being a part of Tennessee basketball for a very long time.
Pearl's contract is worth $1.3 million a year and currently runs through 2013.
It includes built-in salary increases, bonuses for postseason play and a ``loyalty bonus'' of $500,000, should he stay at Tennessee through the 2009-10 season.
