DURHAM, N.C. (AP) -Duke players Gerald Henderson and Lance Thomas have had hand surgery at a school hospital.
Henderson's operation was to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist, an injury that bothered him during the final month of the season. He finished the year with averages of 12.7 points and 4.7 rebounds while blocking 31 shots.
Thomas had a torn tendon repaired on the pinky finger of his right hand.
The Blue Devils lost to West Virginia in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
