LOS ANGELES (AP) -UCLA point guard Darren Collison is listed as probable to play for the 15th-ranked Bruins when they open the Pac-10 Conference tournament on Thursday.
The senior participated in stretching and shooting drills Tuesday for 30 minutes. A UCLA spokesman says Collison will be re-evaluated Wednesday to see if he can go through a full-contact practice session.
Collison bruised his tailbone in Saturday's rout of Oregon, when he went down hard after being fouled under the basket in the second half. He underwent an MRI and X-rays showed no damage.
The second-seeded Bruins will play the winner of the Oregon-Washington State in the quarterfinals Thursday at Staples Center.
