Utah Valley St. surges ahead in second half as they beat Cal St. Bakersfield 78-51 Print

 OREM, Utah (AP) -Jordan Brady had 19 points and 17 rebounds to lead Utah Valley State to a 78-51 win over Cal State Bakersfield on Saturday night.
Ryan Toolson scored 15 points, and Josh Olsen and Richard Troyer had 13 points each to help out the Wolverines.
The Wolverines (15-14) started the second half with a 12-3 run and then outscored Cal State Bakersfield 34-19 the rest of the game.
Cal State Bakersfield (8-20), losers of seven of its past eight games, was led by Terrence Johns' 12 points.
The first half was close as Utah Valley State only held a 32-29 lead at halftime.
Utah Valley State scored 20 points off of Roadrunners' turnovers and only allowed the Roadrunners to score two points from its own turnovers.
The Wolverines made 7-of-17 behind the 3-point line while Cal State Bakersfield hit only 2-of-13.
