DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -The Big 12 looks like a powerhouse these days, with as many as seven league teams in line for NCAA tournament bids.
But not everyone in the Big 12 is surging toward the postseason.
Bottom feeders Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa State will likely see their seasons end with a loss at next month’s conference tournament in Kansas City.
The Buffaloes, Cornhuskers and Cyclones have fallen out of the limelight and below .500. Now, they battling simply to finish with a winning record. All three teams face each other over the next few weeks.
