RADFORD, Va. (AP) – Radford University men’s basketball coach Brad Greenberg has been suspended for four games for NCAA violations tied to impermissible team travel and associated extra benefits for an ineligible player.
Athletics Director Robert Lineburg made the announcement Monday.
During Greenberg’s suspension, assistant coach Rick Hall will serve as acting head coach with the help of assistants Rick Callahan and Cedric Smith. The suspension starts with Tuesday’s game against Presbyterian.
The Highlanders are 5-20 overall and 2-13 in the Big South.
