ITHACA, N.Y. (AP) - Ryan Wittman scored 25 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead Cornell over Penn in Ivy League basketball Saturday.
Louis Dale added 24 points and had nine rebounds for Cornell. Adam Gore chipped in 14 points, including a perfect 8-of-8 at the foul line.
Cornell (14-5, 6-0) shot 49 percent from the floor and made 27-of-29 free throws in collecting the victory. The Big Red shot 58.8 percent from the 3-point range.
Andreas Schreiber scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds boards to lead Penn attack. Harrison Gaines added 19-points. Brian Grandieri posted 12 points.
Penn (7-14, 2-2) shot 45 percent for the game, but connected on just 11-of-19 from the foul line and was 36.8 percent from beyond the arc.
