 BRISTOL, Conn. (AP) -No. 11 Butler will visit national scoring leader Stephen Curry and Davidson later this month in ESPN's Bracketbuster series of games between prominent teams from mid-major conferences.
On Feb. 21, No. 25 Utah State (21-1) will play St. Mary's (18-3), which recently fell out of the Top 25 after an 84-66 loss to Portland.
That same day, the Bulldogs (19-1) will take on the Wildcats (18-3), who made the round of eight in the NCAA tournament last year.
Led by Curry's 29-point average, Davidson is 13th in the nation with 80.5 points per game.
The other matchups are: Virginia Commonwealth at Nevada and Illinois State at Niagara on Feb. 20, then Northern Iowa at Siena, George Mason at Creighton, Miami of Ohio at Evansville, Hofstra at Fairfield, Green Bay at Long Beach State, Liberty at Old Dominion, Boise State at Portland State, Buffalo at Vermont and Northeastern at Wright State, all on Feb. 21.
