 NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -Justin Hare scored 21 points and had four rebounds to help Belmont beat Florida Gulf Coast 86-74 Saturday night.
Andy Wicke and Alex Renfroe each scored 12 points for the Bruins (15-8, 7-2 Atlantic Sun) while Jordan Campbell also added 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Belmont and the Eagles (8-15, 4-5) both scored 32 points in the first half, but Belmont pulled away in the second to lead 54-42 and capture the win.
Delvin Franklin led the Eagles with 22 points and seven rebounds. Casey Wohlleb also contributed double-digits for the team with 19 points and six rebounds.
