VALPARAISO, Ind. (AP) -Jarryd Loyd had 19 points and nine assists to lead five Crusaders in double figures as Valparaiso beat Indiana Wesleyan 93-46 Wednesday night.
The Crusaders (11-3) shot 60.4 percent from the field and 60 percent from 3-point range. Valparaiso outrebounded Indiana Wesleyan 43-24 and outscored the Wildcats 50-16 off the bench.
Shawn Huff had 14 points for Valparaiso and Brandon McPherson added 13. Bryan Bouchie had 12 points and Howard Little 11 for the Crusaders, who led 35-31 at the break.
Valparaiso outscored the Wildcats in the paint 30-20 and scored 19 points off turnovers.
Zach Coverstone and Antonio Murrell had 15 each for Indiana Wesleyan (11-4).
