Only One Undefeated

As the nation's last remaining undefeated team, Memphis has already separated itself from the rest of Division I.
With one more win, the top-ranked Tigers can do the same with their own program's history, as they would become the first Memphis team to start a season with 21 straight victories.

Big East Treat

As impressive as Marquette has been at home in Big East play, it has been equally awful on the road. The Golden Eagles try again for their first conference road victory Saturday afternoon when they face Cincinnati.

``When Coach takes us out five at a time, we know we did something wrong,'' point guard Ty Lawson said. ``He was cursing us out, basically.''
Everyone got the message, and then everyone got involved in the scoring. All five starters reached double figures and the fourth-ranked Tar Heels scored 21 straight points during their 91-69 rout of Boston College on Thursday night. |

Two Hot Teams Clash

Indiana and Wisconsin were perhaps the Big Ten's two hottest teams going into last weekend, having won a combined 23 straight games before Saturday.
On Thursday, though, the 11th-ranked Hoosiers and 13th-ranked Badgers will be looking to rebound from losses when they face off in Madison. |
