Updated Midwest Region Odds
(TheSpread) – The Midwest Region has four teams from the power conference still alive. Here is an updated look at the odds to reach the Final Four out of this region.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Louisville is the favorite to win this region, as it has 5/7 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Duke (11/4), Michigan State (7/2) and Oregon (9/1).
Louisville is the top seed in the region and the Cardinals have rolled in their first two games, beating North Carolina A&T and Colorado State by a combined 57 points. Louisville has reached the Final Four nine times. The Cardinals are coming off a Final Four appearance in last year’s tournament as well.
Duke is the No. 2 seed in the region. The Blue Devils have beaten Albany and Creighton by a combined 28 points to reach the regional semifinals. Duke has reached the Final Four 15 times in program history. Its last Final Four was in 2010.
Michigan State is the No. 3 seed in this region. The Spartans have defeated Valparaiso and Memphis by a combined 33 points to reach the Sweet 16. Michigan State has reached the Final Four eight times in program history, with the last time coming in 2010.
Oregon is the surprise in the region, as the Ducks are the 12th seed. Oregon defeated fifth-seeded Oklahoma State, 68-55, and fourth-seeded Saint Louis, 74-57. The Ducks haven’t reached the Final Four since 1939, its only appearance.
