 MILWAUKEE (AP) -Milwaukee Bucks forward Desmond Mason had surgery Saturday to repair a torn ligament in his left thumb.
Mason, injured Wednesday night against Sacramento, is expected to miss six to eight weeks, general manager Larry Harris said.
Mason has played 25 games this season, averaging eight points and 3.9 rebounds.
