DENVER (AP) -Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin was scheduled to undergo an MRI Monday after straining his right knee in a game against Houston.
Martin missed the second half of Saturday's game against the Rockets.
Martin has had knee troubles before. Over the previous two seasons, he missed 106 games because of microfracture surgeries on both knees.
The 6-foot-9, 240-pound Martin averages 8.6 points and 4.9 rebounds this season.
