OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -The Oklahoma City Thunder assigned 7-foot center Steven Hill to their NBA Developmental League affiliate in Tulsa.
Hill signed as a free agent earlier this month after he didn't make the Portland Trail Blazers' roster out of training camp. He has played in one game for the Thunder, scoring two points and grabbing three rebounds in the closing 2 minutes against Orlando.
Hill, who played for Arkansas, was the Southeastern Conference's defensive player of the year as a junior.
