``Over the last couple of years, he's been a huge part of what we do,'' Jazz coach Jerry Sloan said. ``He gives us a player off the bench who can score some. The rest of the time, somebody else has to pick it up. We'll see what happens.''
Harpring skipped Wednesday morning's shootaround because he was feeling ill, and was officially scratched about an hour before the game.
Sloan said C.J. Miles could see increased minutes in Harpring's absence. Rookie forward Morris Almond took Harpring's place on the roster for the game against the Raptors.
Harpring also missed Saturday's game against Memphis, the second game of a back-to-back, because of soreness in his right knee, which was surgically repaired during the offseason. He returned for Monday's game against Sacramento, scoring 10 points in 13 minutes.
Harpring is averaging 8 points and 2.3 rebounds in seven games this season.
