OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City has selected Kentucky guard Archie Goodwin with the 29th overall pick in the NBA draft.
The 6-foot-5 Goodwin averaged 14.1 points per game in one season for the Wildcats, earning freshman All-Southeastern Conference honors. The Little Rock, Ark., native had a season-high 28 points against Morehead State.
Earlier, the Thunder selected Pittsburgh center Steven Adams with the 12th pick. The team also has the 32nd overall pick as a result of the 2011 trade that sent Byron Mullens to Charlotte.
