MILWAUKEE (AP) -The Milwaukee Bucks have taken forward Keith “Tiny” Gallon of Oklahoma with the 47th overall pick in the second round of the NBA draft.
The 6-foot-9, 290-pound Gallon played one year before declaring for the draft. He’s part of an NCAA investigation that put his eligibility in doubt over a report his mother was wired $3,000.
Gallon said he knew nothing about the exchange of money. He says he learned it was a loan that was used to pay for his high-school transcripts to be released from Oak Hill Academy so he could attend Oklahoma.
Gallon was high school teammates with Bucks star Brandon Jennings at the Virginia prep school.
