ATLANTA (AP) -The Atlanta Hawks have re-signed coach Mike Woodson for his fifth season with the team.
Hawks general manager Rick Sund said Friday he thinks Woodson can help the team reach its potential and build on last season.
Woodson coached the Hawks to the playoffs, where they took the Boston Celtics to seven games in the opening round.
