SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -Houston guard Rafer Alston returned to the Rockets’ lineup Thursday night in Utah after missing four straight games because of a hamstring injury.
Alston, who led the Rockets in the regular season with 392 assists, missed the final two games of the season and first two games of the playoffs against the Jazz, who won both for a 2-0 lead in the best-of-series series.
Alston started for Houston in Game 3 and veteran Bobby Jackson, who had taken his place, returned to the bench.
