CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -Quentin Richardson missed the New York Knicks’ game against Charlotte on Saturday night because of a sprained left ankle.
Richardson was hurt Friday in a victory over New Orleans and the ankle stiffened up overnight. He was replaced in the starting lineup by Larry Hughes.
Richardson, averaging 10 points and 4.5 rebounds, was receiving treatment before the game Saturday.
