BOSTON (AP) -Ray Allen and Leon Powe have joined the list of sidelined Boston Celtics.
Both were out of Wednesday night’s game against the Miami Heat after being injured the previous night in a loss at Chicago.
Coach Doc Rivers said Powe probably will miss two weeks after spraining his right knee. Allen’s hyperextended elbow appears less serious, but he could miss games Friday night at San Antonio and Saturday night at Memphis, Rivers said.
Rajon Rando played his fourth straight game with a sprained right ankle, and Glen Davis returned Wednesday night after missing four games with a sprained right ankle.
The Celtics already are without Kevin Garnett (right knee), Brian Scalabrine (concussion) and Tony Allen (thumb).
