SAN ANTONIO (AP) -Denver Nuggets guard Allen Iverson has a small fracture on his right ring finger but played against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night.
The team said X-rays taken Monday detected a non-displaced fracture at the end of the finger.
``That's the whole thing - if it don't get any worse, I think I can just play through the pain,'' Iverson said before the game Monday.
Iverson was injured in a game against the Spurs in Denver on Friday night.
``I'm happy he's going to play and knowing how tough he is I'm sure he'll still figure out how to be effective and efficient,'' Denver coach George Karl said before the game.
Iverson said the finger would probably be wrapped for the game, but he didn't know how long that would last.
``I just don't like having nothing on my shooting hand at all,'' Iverson said.
