ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -A matchup of the teams in last season’s Eastern Conference finals is getting another twist.
The new-look Cleveland Cavaliers visit the Orlando Magic on Sunday for the first time since they acquired Antawn Jamison from Washington.
Defending conference champion Orlando says the trade-deadline deal and the offseason acquisition of Shaquille O’Neal were made with the Magic in mind.
The Magic still believe they have the talent to again eliminate Cleveland in the playoffs, but the Cavs now have a big man to defend Dwight Howard and a versatile power forward they hope will stack up against Rashard Lewis.
The Cavaliers are 2-0 this season against Orlando.
