WASHINGTON (AP) -Wizards swingman Caron Butler is sitting out again with the flu.
Butler will miss his second consecutive game, leaving last-place Washington with only nine healthy players Friday night against the Denver Nuggets.
One bit of good news for Washington: Guard Juan Dixon returns after missing one game with a bruised right elbow.
Butler is joined on the sideline by Gilbert Arenas (knee), Brendan Haywood (wrist), Etan Thomas (knee), DeShawn Stevenson (back) and Andray Blatche (knee).
The Wizards enter the game against Northwest Division-leading Denver at 10-39, tied with the Los Angeles Clippers for the NBA's worst record.
