INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -Pacers point guard Jamaal Tinsley will miss Tuesday night's game against the Detroit Pistons because of a sore left knee.
It will be the third straight game he has missed, and the Pacers lost the first two. Pacers coach Jim O'Brien said he expects Tinsley to play Friday against Houston.
Tinsley is averaging 12.5 points and 8.6 assists this season, but he has missed 11 games, mostly due to injury.
