LOS ANGELES (AP) -The Clippers signed guard Guillermo Diaz to a second consecutive 10-day contract Friday.
He has played in one game with one rebound in five minutes since being signed to his first 10-day contract on Jan. 8.
Diaz was called up from the NBA Development League, where he averaged 16.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 14 games for the Anaheim Arsenal.
He was the Clippers' second round selection in the 2006 NBA draft, averaging 5.7 points and 1.7 assists in seven games during the 2006-07 season. Diaz was waived by the team on Oct. 25.
