EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -Ray Allen and Glen Davis were back in uniform Friday night for the Boston Celtics' game against the New Jersey Nets.
Both missed one game, a 95-83 loss to Charlotte on Wednesday. Allen had a pinched nerve while Davis had a sore right knee.
Allen, third on the Celtics in scoring with 18 points per game, was back in the starting lineup. Davis, a rookie from Louisiana State, is averaging 4.8 points as a reserve.
