Warriors set to host Thunder tonight
OAKLAND, CA (TheSpread) – Fresh off a 16-game winning streak, the Golden State Warriors will welcome another streaking team tonight when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder at 10:30PM ET.
Golden State is 21-3 on the season, 8-1 at home and 16-8 against the spread. Oklahoma City is 12-13 overall, 5-8 on the road and 14-10-1 against the spread. These two have met once this season, with Golden State getting a 91-86 victory, but the Thunder were wounded at that time. Oklahoma City has won four of the last six overall and covered the spread in five of the last six against Golden State.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Warriors are the slight favorite at home, as Golden State is getting odds of -3 points against the Thunder. The over/under total for the game has been set at 210 points.
The Warriors had their NBA-best 16-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday night in a 105-98 loss to the Grizzlies on the road. The Warriors have failed to cover in their last two games and they have hit the under in four of their last five games. The Thunder come into tonight’s game on a 7-game winning streak and they have covered in five straight. They have been favored in their last 10 games and have hit the under in six of their last seven.
