According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Miami Heat are favored to win a third straight title, as they have 21/10 odds to win. Other short odds to win are the Chicago Bulls (11/2), the Oklahoma City Thunder (17/2), the Indiana Pacers (9/1) and the Los Angeles Clippers (9/1).

The Heat have won the last two NBA Championships and the team is largely intact from last season, led by the trio of LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

The Bulls made a strong showing last season, going 45-37 and reaching the conference semifinals and taking Miami to 5 games, all without Derrick Rose. This season, Rose is back and is looking to take Chicago all the way.

Oklahoma City lost in the conference semifinals to Memphis in five games. The Thunder reached the finals two years ago and Kevin Durant is in a make-or-break season with Oklahoma City.

The Pacers too Miami to 7 games in the Eastern Conference Finals last year and are led by talented youngsters in Paul George and Roy Hibbert. Indiana should be even better this season.

The Clippers have largely the same roster that lost in the first round of the playoffs last season, but the team made a chance at coach, acquiring Doc Rivers from Boston. Rivers should give Los Angeles a good shot at winning the West.
