The Heat dominated the Oklahoma City Thunder in the final series, winning in five games, including a blowout win in Game 5, 121-106. Miami looked to be struggling at times during the playoffs, but really came together in the NBA Finals and played phenomenal basketball.

According to oddsmakers, the Miami Heat came into the playoffs with 3/2 odds to win the championship, which means a $100 wager on the Heat to win it all will pay out an additional $150.

The Heat were led by regular season MVP, LeBron James, who had at least 20 points in all five games and posted double-digit assists in the last two games of the series. James was named the Finals MVP. He also had 3/2 odds to win the award coming into this series.
