According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Oklahoma City are favored to win the West next season, as they have 13/5 odds. Other short odds to win are the San Antonio Spurs (16/5) and the Los Angeles Clippers (11/2).

The Thunder reached the conference finals this season, but came up short against the Spurs. Oklahoma City reached the NBA Finals in 2012, losing to the Miami Heat. The Thunder have a lot of offensive talent, but have questions about depth and toughness.

The Spurs are the two-time defending champs in the West and the NBA champions this season. San Antonio has a very deep roster, but questions about which players will be returning next season.

The Clippers have a young and talented roster, but they have been unable to get past the elite teams in the recent playoffs. Los Angeles has a lot of backstage turmoil regarding their owner, which has yet to be resolved.
