Cavs open as favorites for Game 3
CLEVELAND, OH (The Spread) – Following their overtime win on Sunday night, the Cavs have opened as 1-point favorites over the Warriors for Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Tuesday.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Cavs are 1-point home favorites versus the Warriors while the over/under total has already dropped slightly from 194.5 down to 194.
Even without Kyrie Irving the Cavs were able to steal a game in Oakland when they upset the Warriors 95-93 on Sunday night in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. They covered outright as 7.5-point underdog while the combined score fell under the posted total of 199.
The under is now 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams while the Warriors still offer a profitable 10-4 mark against the spread in their last 14 games versus the Cavs.
