NBA Finals Game 1 Odds


(TheSpread) – The 2013 NBA Finals will get underway tonight with Game 1. Here is a look at the odds for the opening contest.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals features the Miami Heat hosting the San Antonio Spurs at 9PM ET (View Matchup). The Heat are the top seed and winners from the East while the Spurs won the West as the No. 2 seed. According to oddsmakers at, Miami is the favorite in Game 1 at home, as the Heat have odds of -5 points against the Spurs. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 188.5 points.

Miami comes into this game 78-20 overall, 44-6 at home and 55-43 against the spread. San Antonio is 70-26 overall, 29-19 on the road and 49-45-2 against the spread. Miami won both meetings with the Spurs this season, covering in one of the two games. The Heat have won four straight against San Antonio, covering in three of the four wins. These two have hit the under in seven of their last 10 meetings.
