Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals features the Memphis Grizzlies hosting the San Antonio Spurs at 9PM ET (View Matchup) with San Antonio leading the series, 3-0. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Memphis is the favorite to win Game 4 of this series, as the Grizzlies have odds of -2.5 points against the Spurs. The over/under total for this contest has been set at 180.5 points. There are no longer series odds available for this pairing now that the Grizzlies are on the brink of elimination.

San Antonio is now 69-26 overall, 28-19 on the road and 48-45-2 against the spread. Memphis is 64-32 overall, 37-10 at home and 57-37-2 against the spread. The Spurs snapped a seven-game win streak for the home team in this series, picking up a 104-93 win in OT in Game 3.
